Gordon Road Lowestoft Service 1,99,101,102,105,109,122,X1,X2,X21 & X22
Gordon Road Lowestoft will be being resurfaced from Old Nelson Street to London Road North from Wednesday 1st May 2024 to Saturday 4th May 2024 between 0930hrs & 1530hrs each day.
During this time all services will be diverted out of the Bus Station via Katwijk Way and St Peters Street however this does mean that northbound services will be unable to serve the Bus Stop in Artillery Way. intending passengers will need to either board at the Bus Station or walk to the next available stops.

Yarmouth Road Lowestoft Service 1,101,X1
Yarmouth Road Lowestoft currently has ongoing Drainage and Carriageway Improvement works in place until June 24.
Due to the impact of the traffic delays that these works are having it may be necessary at some times to divert our Service 1, 101 & X1 services via Bentley Drive, Millenium Way and Oulton Road to safeguard our service and mitigate the delays to the wider Network.
We apologise for the inconvenience to your Journey and are working with national Highways to try and minimise delays as much as possible.
Heartsease Roundabout (Reds, 31 & 33)
As works on the Heartsease Roundabout TCF scheme have progressed, they are now in a position where a full closure of all arms of the roundabout will be required - as a result, the roundabout will be closed from Saturday 13th April to Friday 17th May continuously.
The table below details the diversions that each bus route will take, and a diagram of all services in the area is also attached. All services have been instructed to allow passengers to board/alight at stops on their diversion route.

During daytimes, Monday to Saturday, a free shuttle service will be operated along Plumstead Road in a one-way loop returning via Gurney Road and Borrowdale Drive, allowing passengers to transfer to/from Service 23/23A at Bishopbridge. A temporary stop will be provided at the bottom of Ketts Hill to enable easy transfers. Timetable is attached at the bottom of this page. |

service 24/24B | In both directions, services will operate on Thorpe Road past the rail station, onto Yarmouth Road, Thunder Lane, Hillcrest Road, Gordon Avenue, Pilling Road, Ring Road & Thunder Lane to join normal route. Passengers on Hillcrest Road, Gordon Avenue & Pilling Road will need to board the bus on the opposite side of the road to usual. |
service 24A | In both directions, services will operate on Riverside Road, Gurney Road, Salhouse Road, Woodside Road and Thunder Lane to join normal route. |
service 31 | This service will operate via Thunder Lane, Woodside & Salhouse Road to join normal route |

Breckland Road (Red 23)
Due to works associated with the Transforming Cities scheme, Breckland Road will be closed between Tuesday 2nd April and Friday 7th June.
During this closure, services will instead be operating via Three Mile Lane with temporary stops provided for passengers to complete their journeys.

Carlton Road Lowestoft Service X22 Bernard Matthews/ 2Sisters Contract Services
Carlton Road Lowestoft will be closed from Wednesday 1st May 2024 to Friday 3rd May 2024 between 0900hrs to 1700hrs each day.
Services will therefore be diverted via Kirkley Park Road and London Road South/Kirkley Cliff Road in both directions.

A47 Swaffham-Kings Lynn (Excel)
Due to a National Highways project taking place on the A47 between Swaffham & Kings Lynn, our services departing Norwich & Peterborough at 19:40 between Monday 26th February & Friday 24th May will be subject to a diversion route between Narborough & Kings Lynn on weeknights only.
In both diversions, services will be unable to serve any stops in Middleton & East Winch as buses will be operating via the B1153 & B1145 through Gayton.
We apologise for any inconvenience and delay these roadworks may cause to your journey.
London Road South Lowestoft Service X2,X21,BM & 2Sisters
London Road South Lowestoft will be closed from 1900hrs Wednesday 8th May 2024 to 0600hrs Thursday 9th May 2024 for Anglian Water Works near the junction of Claremont Road.
Service X2, X21 will be diverted towards Lowestoft Bus Station left onto Carlton Road and right Tom Crisp Way to line of route at Asda.
Contract Service towards Lowestoft will divert from Long Road left onto Tom Crisp Way to line of route at Asda.
Norwich services are not effected.

Penzance Road, Kesgrave Service 66 & 66A
Penzance Road Kesgrave will be closed daily between 0930hrs & 1500hrs from Monday 15th April 2024 to Friday 3rd May 2024 to allow Suffolk County Council to carry out Footway Works.
Service 66 & 66A will be unable to traverse their normal route and will be diverted via Bell Lane and Main Road in both directions.
These works have had their dates changed twice, without notification to us, and we apologies for any inconvenience to your journey that the prior unnecessary diversion had.
High Street , Wickham Market Service 63 & 64
High Street, Wickham Market has been closed Thursday 2nd May 2024 for Emergency Anglian Water Works.
Service 63 & 64 will therefore have to divert via the A12 in both directions and will be unable to serve Wickham Market.

Warren Hill Road, Woodbridge
Warren Hill Road, Woodbridge has been closed for City Fibre works and is expected to remain so until Tuesday 30th April 2024.
Service 63,64 & 65 will therefore be unable to serve Old Barrack Road or Warren Hill Road and will be diverted via Ipswich Road in both directions.
